If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the services provided, we may consider refunds subject to the conditions laid out in this policy. All refund requests will be reviewed and processed only in cases where the reasons are genuine and proven after due internal investigation.

Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellations must be raised through the Contact Us link or customer support channels published on our website.
Cancellation requests received later than two (2) business days prior to the end of the current service period will be applicable only for the next billing or service cycle.
Certain services may not be eligible for cancellation once they have been activated or fulfilled. Such limitations will be mentioned in the product/service description.
Refund Policy
Refund requests will be considered only if raised in accordance with this policy and subject to validation of the claim.
If approved, refunds will be initiated within 7 working days of confirmation. However, completion of the refund may vary depending on the payment method, bank, or payment gateway timelines.
If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same credit card account used at the time of purchase.
For other payment methods (including UPI, debit card, or net banking), refunds will be processed only to the same account or source from which the transaction was made.
Zpay Tech Pvt Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by banking channels, payment gateways, or other external agencies beyond our reasonable control.
Refunds will not be provided in cases of:

Use of services for unlawful purposes or in violation of our Terms & Conditions.
Situations where services have already been consumed or fulfilled.
